Think Again!

The preferred tool of choice these days appears to be the "Almighty Bolt Cutters".
Not only do they cut off locks but they are excellent as a leveraging tool.
They can be used to remove metal lock guards so the ladrone can get to the locks.

This is the third robbery I have seen in less than 2 weeks.
All 3 used the bolt cutters.

The metal used in the roll-up door frames is a lot heavier then those flimsy battery cages.

Buyer beware as the saying goes!

PS: The lock on the roll-up door is STILL intact!

If somebody REALLY wants your stuff, I'm not sure even a safe will protect it...

The Farmacia is on the main road, in plain sight, on the first floor of a large 3 story apartment complex.

Lot's of people around.

As you say, nothing stops them.
They will just take the safe if all else fails.

The post was to wake up those that think those flimsy battery cages are a good idea.
Hell, they will probably just rip the entire cage off the wall.
After all, they will need something to carry the batteries in.

No Acid

The way most of those cages are anchored to the wall or "welded" (glued together rather) makes it easy.
However, inverters are much more popular among thieves - no acid in them and they fetch more $$$. :bunny:
