Condo Association

Condo association rules and the changing of them are pretty well defined and protected by government regulations. Unless a vast majority of owners agrees, I do not believe condo rules (or fees) can be radically changed. Obviously you need a real lawyer here to tell you and I can recommend one if you PM me.

But my opinion...the new rules will not apply unless you have agreed to them a priori or through one of those sale documents.
