Airport to Playa Doarda?

Can anyone tell me the most economical options to get from the airport in Puerta Plata to the Playa Doarda area ??

Depending on time, i.e. daytime, you can take a 'guagua' or publico 'public taxi' at the entrance of the airport (if you have the energy to walk up to it) and get off at the entrance of Playa Dorada... all for 10 or 15 pesos...Good luck!
