I've been hearing bad things about these two developments and the developer who apparently has gone missing. He is, allegedly, being investigated by DNCD regarding money laundering.
If anybody has more information please let me know.
Yesterday night in the news it was said that the properties have been seized and that the developer has left the country. According to local TV news he has been sentenced twice in drug related cases in Spain.
