I am a us citizen interested to start a business partnership with a DR citizen (who is legitimate, has money, will invest his own money, etc)
I am curious if anyone has experience in this type of partnership and how to set it up simply, avoid pitfalls and what US tax implications apply
The business will be small and probably never exceed $500k in revenue, but could easily finace my DR dream vacation home with the profits.
