so...what are my new year options ,ive done carbureter twice and sosua ocean village is booked up.Where can I kiss people and vow not to do things for the next year

It would be nice if restaurants and hotels would advertise or at least update their websites as to what they are doing. With all the tourism is down talk it would seem hotels could offer a dinner or dinner and room package for residents.
