First Dubai, now this...

I know many Dominicans who still believe that in the Dominican Republic and especially Santo Domingo property value never goes down. Some are starting to believe that it can drop though. I think the prices have been about the same the last 2-3 years and that they are now going somewhat down. How much we will have to wait and see during this new year. I think Santo Domingo is holding up better than most tourist areas.
