RIU Palace Macao

Does anyone have any information about it? How is the food? Are there SCUBA diving excursions to Saona or Catalina from the hotel? How is the pool, grounds. etc? I was at the Pacha Disco and I saw a Internet shop ( or whatever) Were you able to check E Mail there?
