    Default Besha ??

I don't know what this means. It is a caption under a picture of some woman looking pretty. She is not making a kissy face in the photo so that sort of rules out a link to Besar as far as I can tell. In in some of her photos it was used with exclamation points.

The LL sound in Spanish is sometimes pronounced as a ZH or SH by some speakers, including Dominicans. "Besha" = Bella - beautiful.
