My wife and I will be in Punta Cana for a 7 nights Feb. 3rd. Our first visit to D.R.! Can we get to Cuba from there? (as U.S, citizens?) How do we arrange it? Are we close enough to rent a car and drive to Danto Domingo? the neares toen is Higuey-anything to see there? Any suggestions will be much appreciated!!
