So far this shouldn't affect travel to or from the DR as they haven't begun to impose baggage fees when traveling outside the US (with the exception of a list of countries listed on their site) and the DR isn't on the list....yet.
it affects us who use the hubs in the US with follow on travel to the DR. i use miami and san juan hubs. i need to get a better interpretation from an agent.
but heck it's only a few bucks, not enough to stop me. :laugh:
