Acording to WHO, countries are supposed to reopen ONLY when the positivity rate is down to 5%. The Dominican Republic has a positivity rate of 26.81%, which is an astounding 21.81% ABOVE the safe percentage for reopening. Is ANYONE in government doing the math? Or is the math only calculated by the economy NOT by human life, health, suffering, and death? Now YOU do the math.

Yes, they are doing the math: my salary, my wife's salary, my aunt's salary, official jipeta, expense account = democratic government. This country has never had a shortage of labor: why bother about human life?
