New rules in effect after Sept. 15. Chances are you will not be submitted to a covid test here upon arrival but you could be one of the unlucky random travelers who is. A test from your originating country is not supposed to be required for entry to the DR these days.

Couldn't find the exact answer:

Do I need a Covid-19 test when going from the DR to Florida for 3 weeks?

Thanks
No and if flying back to DR through STI
you won't have worry about it either, just
some extra forms to fill out.

Did you check with the airlines?. They are supposed to know that information, although they do not always. However the real question you should try to get answered is not will you be tested but will you be quarantined for 14 days

No. And no quarantine either. Courtesy of Gov. Ron DeSantis
