The Ministry of Public Health’s Epidemiology Department Coronavirus Bulletin #189 reports 385 cases of persons testing positive to PCR tests over the past 24 hours. The number of cases has been significantly declining. The health ministry announced the processing of 3,056 first PCR tests in time for the Wednesday, 23 September deadline. The 14-day average for first PCR tests has not been increasing. It is now at 3,710 PCR tests. The Ministry of Public Health says the demand for PCR tests has declined.

The 24-hour positivity rate for Bulletin #189 is at 12.60%, a record low. The four-week positivity rate continues to decline and is now at 17.10%, a striking difference from the 25% positivity rate on Monday.
