The Ministry of Public Health’s Epidemiology Department Coronavirus Bulletin #214 reports 320 new PCR confirmed cases. 3,265 first PCR tests were carried out in time for the bulletin deadline. The 14-day average is 3,521 tests.
The 24-hour positivity rate is at 9.80% and the 4-week positivity rate continues to decline and is at 12.19%, a new low. The Ministry of Public Health reports active cases are now at 20,584 cases, maintaining the downward trend.
Nevertheless, the country continues under the declaration of a National State of Emergency at least through 1 December 2020.
