Highway infrastructure for example, I expect this is already in place?
SDQ to PUJ took at least +5 hours, but in my opinion it was a day. Bumpy roads, potholes, scooters against traffic (still a well-known phenomenon),no lighting whatsoever, no markings on the road...

You may want to take a look at Google Earth or Google Maps. There's a nice expressway now.
