David Jule (Catcher in the Rye)

Another passing of a great DR1 contributor. Today I learned of the passing of David Jule, known as Catcher in the Rye on DR1. David lived in Sosua and was an avid poster in the Rocky's Bar hay day many years ago. He was opinionated but his posts were truthful and educational about the Sosua scene. I knew David outside of DR1 and you couldn't ask for a nicer person. He had been ill for the past few years and passed away last Saturday in Sosua. David, thanks for the great conversations. So very sad. He was one of the first people I met when I came to the DR 15 years ago. He will be sorely missed. My condolences to his family and may he RIP.
