1 – DESCRIPCIÓN DEL SERVICIO:
Autorizar a los extranjeros interesados en prolongar su estadía en la Republica Dominicana por más de 30, a través de una
prórroga extensible hasta 120 días.

A todos los extranjeros que deseen prolongar su estadía en la Rep. Dom. por más de los 30 días establecidos para los
turistas.

4 - REQUISITOS PARA OBTENER EL SERVICIO:
Copia de la página del pasaporte donde están los datos biométricos.
Sello de la fecha de la última entrada.
Ticket aéreo de retorno.
5- PROCEDIMIENTO PARA OBTENER EL SERVICIO:
El usuario realiza la solicitud de la prorroga a través del portal web y carga los documentos requeridos.
El personal responsable recibe la solicitud en línea y depura los documentos suministrados por el usuario.
Se aprueba la solicitud de prórroga de estadía por el personal correspondiente.
Se envía un correo electrónico al usuario informando sobre el estado de su solicitud.
El usuario realiza el pago de estadía online o en el aeropuerto.
6- Horario de prestación:
Las solicitudes serán procesadas de 8:00am a 4:00pm de lunes a viernes.
La Web estará habilitada 24h todos los días para que el usuario pueda iniciar el proceso de solicitud.
7- Tiempo de realización:
3 días laborables.

9- Costo:
La solicitud de servicio es gratis. El usuario solo pagara la tarifa vigente de acuerdo a los días de
prórroga solicitados. 30 a 90 días $2,500, 90 a 120 días $4,000.
10- INFORMACIÓN ADICIONAL: en este apartado se deberán de colocar las informaciones que no pueden
quedarse fuera por motivos de protocolo.

Return air ticket. 5- PROCEDURE TO OBTAIN THE SERVICE: The user makes the request for an extension through the web portal and uploads the required documents. Responsible personnel receive the application online and debug the documents supplied by the user. The request for extension of stay by the corresponding staff is approved. An email is sent to the user informing about the status of their request. The user pays the stay online or at the airport. 6- Benefit schedule: Applications will be processed from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday. The Web will be enabled 24 hours a day so that the user can start the application process. 7- Time of realization: 3 working days. 8- Provision Channel: Online. 9- Cost: The service request is free.
