Please, tell me the reasonable price to pay from POP to Gran Marian hotels by taxi? Or Be live gran marian?

The airport Taxis are about $35. The beans and rice method is to walk to the main road (.5 mile) and catch a guagua or carito for 40-50 RD.

regular fare is 35 bucks or thereabouts, like RV said. if the person has lots of luggage and does not know the area very well it's better to use a taxi. just remember not to tip those mofokas anything extra, they are already ripping the passengers off.

POP is closer to Sosua than to Puerto Plata. If one had the time & inclination, one could take the cab to Sosua and take a bus to Puerto Plata from there.
