This after recently opening a couple of coal fired power plants in the DR and we will probably need more fossil fuel plants.

And in a place where electricity is incompetently and corruptly manages by the EDE's. I would start with that fix first.

Well, he certainly had all the climate talking points down pat. How that helps the rampid corruption, especially the embarrassing pay for play crony legal system and the RICO tactics of the Edes, along with a majority population that can't afford to eat anything but the stroke diet, maybe these "future generations" will be ok 😒
