Abinader transition team: Focus on health, the economy and education

The Medina administration and President-elect Abinader transition committees are giving priority to health, economy and education issues. As reported in Listin Diario, Lisandro Macarrulla, coordinator for the Abinader team, said that the priority is public health. Next is the reactivation of the economy in the short, medium and long term; and the necessary measures to be taken for the start of classes at the different levels.

For the Medina administration, the committee is under the coordination of Presidency Minister Gustavo Montalvo. Other members are Administrative Minister of the Presidency José Ramón Peralta; Hacienda Minister Donald Guerrero; Economy Minister Juan Ariel Jiménez; Vice Minister of the Presidency Zoraima Cuello; and Legal Advisor to the President Flavio Darío Espinal.
