My wife and I have a Dominican niece who is profoundly brain damaged from birth when her mother died in childbirth. She needs to wear diapers as she is bed ridden. Is there a manufacturer or source in the DR? We have been been buying them in the US and shipping over but she is growing and cannot wear child sizes any longer. Thanks

They also sell adult diapers(depend) in the US or (Amazon) that you can ship over to the DR, if it's not a problem.

Here in Boca Chica there are many colmados that sell adult diapers. Maybe it's because there are many old Italian farts here.

adult diapers are available in any pharmacy, they cost about 30 pesos each.

There is a brand called Tena and they have all sizes for adults - even very large ones and also ones specific for men or for women. (They have a web page you can look at)
I have actually seen those in bigger supermarkets here.
