They lasted hour and 40 minutes, wonder why? I though ALIA is few places in DR that is only guarantee electric 24/7?

Does this mean that they have no back-up systems there, or did those fail as well? I find it interesting that an airport and it's functions being kind of critical infrastructure in terms of security and so, they have no clue what even caused that, based on the news article...
