PeterJ was unhappy with Amazon because his item didn't ship for free to the DR, so he switch to eBay(?). i buy a lot from both eBay and Amazon. Yes, some items are cheaper on eBay. However, if you're buying from Amazon and they have the items in stock(no third party items), you'll save on csrrier shipping if they all come in the same package.
You mean saving on the DR shipping price I assume. I never paid for shipping on Ebay. But I never order multiple items...........Something else, their refund policy is on spot. One time something was really late. I got a refund on my card in a few hours after contacting them.........

Yes, on the courier shipping fee to the DR. I've never had to return anything to either one but one time an item from Amazon never arrived in Miami and I got a refund no problem.

Ordered a Firestick from Amazon a few weeks ago...Domex received it and forwarded it, no problem. However, Amazon and the US Postal Service somehow messed up and never recorded it as delivered. So, Amazon refunded me for the purchase :)

Let us know how that works out please............
I have yet to take the chance on getting reimbursed for Amazon shipping charges, but if I do, I will report how it goes.

It begs the question if they are going to refund shipping charges for Prime members, why have them to begin with.

Bingo. I've been waiting for someone to say that.

It’s like the $10 tourist card that everyone pays, I’ll bet most who are entitled to the refund don’t bother filing. Amazon may figure many won’t file for this either????
Well, the shipping charges for a $150 item can be upwards of $75 so there is far more motivation to get a refund than a tourist card.
