A group of thugs attacked an American Investor in Juan Dolio aka Bancos de Arena next to Los Delfines Aqua Park.
The American Investor is in the process of Deslinde and Saneamiento of the property . The American Investor represents AOS Corporation; a Software and Solar Engineering Company Located in Salem Massachusetts in the North Shore ; North of Boston.

This property is a Joint Venture.

Sources say that the Alcalde Pedaneo is backing up these thugs that are selling Combustible ( Fuel ) Illegally.

The new was broadcasted by TV 3 in Boca Chica and others

A group of thugs came in with the Alcalde pedaneo with machete and cutup all the barb wire and the destroyed the fence while we were there doing some cleanup of the property and threaten to harm us. It was about 15 of them and the alcalde. They removed the sign of private property and the sign from the Tribunal de Tierra and Agrimenson (Land Tribunal and Surveyor). It was a very scary situation. They have no respect for private property.
They were using the property to received stolen good and selling fuel. We put a stop to it and they are angry about that.

Yet another thread on this topic. Round and round and round we go. I think the OP has been advised many many times to get a GOOD lawyer on the case, someone from a well known family, someone well connected. If the Alcalde is involved it sounds like there are legitimate grounds to believe the land is not his, and this legal dispute needs to be sorted out properly.

Can the OP confirm that a lawyer has been instructed?

The "alcalde" is not an elected official per se, he is the appointed leader of the group, or has assumed the position by default.

That's the way to do it. It will get more painful for them if they continue to ignore actions like this.

June 1 second notice with 15 days to respond, June 8 third notice. This whole thread is self serving BS......or a sock puppet.
