Firstly Miloskorac,

Thanks for the rep points - but why write "Kako de Ne"?
<table style="width: 16px; height: 15px;" class="tborder" align="center" border="0" cellpadding="6" cellspacing="1"><tbody id="collapseobj_usercp_reputation" style=""><tr><td class="alt1" nowrap="nowrap">
</td><td class="alt2" width="50%">
</td></tr></tbody></table>
So you took the money and when there were turds floating in the house you denied responsibility.

Nice one fella - classy.

And as a warning - any PMs or other messages you send to me will be copied and pasted right here in the thread for all to see.

Ciao Bello.

La funcion de un agente inmobiliario es conectar el inquilino con el propietario, y con la administracion. Y todos ellos estan responsable de mantenimiento de la unidad.

Google Translate

I know this is off topic etc, but I am stuck

trying to send a picture unrelated to this thread to Milo but email he has listed is non functional when trying to send PM I get "he is not allowed?"

Milo, could you send me an email to sean235373@live.com

Sorry for intrusion

Were Feces Pieces a delicacy back in the old country Milos?

YouTube - Feces Pieces

It is obvious you are not going to answer the question.

You are a class act, if I ever need to refer one of my clients to a Punta Cana Real Estate agent, you will surely be avoided.

Guess it comes down to what an agent is legally responsible, and morally responsible. There many agents that make good money but don't get any repeat business or referrals. I've bought and sold around 15 properties. I can think of a few agents that I would use as seller agents that I'd never buy a place from. Get my drift.

Lot's of transactions go on in the background via DR1.
DR1 people doing business between each other is great and I support it 100%.

If the transaction goes bad for any reason, one would expect as
both parties are part of the DR1 community they would go above
and beyond to try and resolve the issue. Especially when what's at stake.

But...

When you slander another member on the message board, you open
yourself up to responses from other members of that community.
Even worse if you have done business with them via that community.
As a member your business practices and ethics etc are under a microscope.
DR1 is a double edged sword, you live by the sword, you can die by it as well.

From what has been posted, Anastacio has had some problems and is not happy.
I guess as a last resort, he decided to vent on DR1.

miloskorac, you have yet to deny you made any commission from finding
Anastacio an apartment, so I guess we can assume you did?

Instead of calling Anastacio a loud mouth alcoholic, the right thing would have been to post on this board that you will find out what's going on, how you can help to resolve the problem etc etc etc.

You choose not to do that.. so now you have to deal with damage control.

Of course, if no transaction took place and you never did any business with
Anastacio, then most of what I have written above does not apply.

About you probably pedro chemical

I have never done any business in the D.R.
So I do not have any dissatisfied customers - especially not ones with turds floating through their houses.

But that is how I choose to run my life - as an honest, decent, upstanding member of the community.
I am not criticising you if you choose otherwise.

I just think that it is something people should know about if they are approached by a real estate agent who goes by your name in the Punta Cana / Bavaro area.

I did not mean to offend.

You have to be a buyer to obtain the name of the owner. Also your comment is anonymous.
Please find your self another amusement.

What is amusing about buying an apartment full of shiit? And what is the selling ploy? Buy and be upset and sick all the time. Maybe YOU Are the owner?

I got a life...and none of it has me lodged in a literal "shiithole". Everyone is the bad guy except the one who steers you live to a 2nd story Cess Pool?

So the only way to find out if your place is "crap-tastic" is to sign a lease then find yourself full of remorse for a year?

miloskorac, you have done yourself no favors in this thread.
You avoided certain questions, now posting Gorila references?

You have handled it by attacking, which is pretty typical in the DR.
No es mi culpa etc... Let's see who can shout the loudest, blah blah blah.

Let this thread be a lesson in how not to handle negative comments made against a business or business owner. DR1 can be great for business, but it can also be brutal.

Next time, if we ever see a next time, I suggest you eat a little humble pie, don't engage in BS, find out the actual problem and come back here and post your findings.
