Looks like the Mavic is getting some competition from the new Autel EVO. One thing I like about the EVO is the camera.

Go DJI, it's very well supported, plus by 3rd party vendors. Most other drone companies have come and gone.

I have a Phantom 2 with original GoPro and ground station app and Bluetooth. Also a Phantom 3 Standard. Have not flown yet in the DR. I am concerned transporting batteries on the plane.

Amazon.com has explosion and fire-proof carriers for drone batteries, approved by the airlines and TSA.

You might want to read the comparison reviews.

Everyone I know that has a Spark wants a Mavic.
Have yet to find a Mavic owner that wants a Spark :)
"Want" is one thing.

"Bang for the buck" matched with "needs" are another.

Price is also a consideration. The "Fly More" bundles cost:
Spark$500
Mavic Air$1000
Mavic Pro$1000
Mavic Pro Platinum$1400
A business partner has an Inspire with serious 4K camera I can use any time; I just have to take responsibility for a spendy device. But since my needs are limited to shooting 1080p@60fps, no real need to go 4K, although a 3-axis gimbal is an attractive feature.
