Anyone know how to travel on Charter Flights from D.R and return

Hi, anyone know how to travel to England on other than Major Carriers from D.R...Is it possible to hook up with Charter Flights which dont originate in D.R.....Anyone any experiences in this area....Thanks......Looking Feb-March 2004

flight from DR to England

Not sure about a charter to England, but USA 3000 is a charter between various cities in the US and the DR. The airline flies from Newark and Philadelphia, and sells one way tickets, I believe. If you can get a flight to one of these cities, you might be able to get an inexpensive flight from a last minute travel service. Actually, nothing is cheap anymore. Additional "security" taxes, etc. have added over $100 to the price of an overseas ticket these days. Good luck!

You want to Go from the DR to the UK, on a flight that doesn't originate in the DR? Why?

I doubt anyone is flying to the UK using the DR as a stopover point.

Ask your question more expicitly.

Starting where?
Going where?
Can you connect through the US? Or Canada? (e.g. are you wanted by the polcie or immigration/visa problems?)
Can't you fly on the non-stop flights that go to the UK from the DR now?
Have you checked with a UK travel agency as to who flies from the UK to the DR now and the opportunity of buying a ticket for the return portion?
How are you getting there (to the DR)?
Why won't you fly on say, American, connecting to London in MIA or JFK?

Rick, Grande Pollo,...well I thought I was explicit without having to give my life story....Whilst you are now expecting the white stuff, I will be sat on the beach with lobster tails and a few Cervesas.... I live here, Canada and England......which might explain my question.....I am also from T.O. so I can understand your frustration after your drive home.....So if you would like to verbally spar......no problem.....Ready when you are....PS. is the Grande Pollo in Boca Chica where you work when you are here...
