My Spanish has improved that I can carry on basic short conversations with strangers ,but when it comes to more long and detailed matters I still need much improvement.
Like for banking I am out of the country for a couple months and I need to talk with a banreservas rep on the phone for something that can not be handle online. So i sent them a email asking for the number to call for person who needs assistance in english. They responded and gave me 2 numbers but when I call I can not detect a prompt for help in English. Now of course I am not fluent in Spanish so maybe I am missing it. Does anyone know the prompt for English help when you call these or is there one ?
