Do you mean to drag it behind the motoconcho, like a trailer?

Claro!!! Seen it many times...lol I love the advice of yapask1. Maybe one can take the motoco?o all the way from SDQ airport to Punta Cana. There are several gomerias on the way that can change the tires on the suitcase "in case" they break. Es muy facil!

I have viewed the site and model suite. They are very small. They say 2 bedrooms but there is not a separate 2nd bedroom. It is an open living area which I suspect you could put a divider up or curtains. The bedroom leaves little space with only a bed and two night tables in it. You have room for nothing else in it. Living area room is moderate as well as kitchen area. Balcony very small. I think it will be a Pueblo Bavaro II. Folks that are not familiar with the area - it is no where close to the beach. Beach is at least one half hour drive. Also, it is in Veron, and not Punta Cana as stated. Punta Cana is listed to catch the eye of persons who are unaware of locations around here. Yes, the price is $50,000.00 but if one has more money my advice would be to purchase elsewhere. Just my opinion only. I am sure they will be great for some people.

I price it at a maximum of $20,000 U.S.D.

In defense of condo/partment complexes not all are the free for all that some would claim. I have apartments adjacent to my house and on occaision there is loud music. If it is on late at night I will complain and guess what the admin guy takes care of it. Most of the time I hear nothing but kids playing and cars coming and going. Furthermore, I'm good friends with a couple that have lived in various apartments here in Santiago and they tell me the rules are strict about noise. My opinion would be to review the contract agreement conditions and look for noise restrictions and make sure the complex has an administrative office instead of just a watchman. bldg.

90% of the time our complex is quiet but it does tend to get invaded by rowdy weekend renters and guests on long weekends - now that Santo Domingo is a two-hour drive it may get worse on normal weekends.

The admin staff and the security guards are often reluctant to confront people because of the power relationship "?saben qui?n soy?" so we have to put up with it and resign ourselves to not having peace and quiet or pool access on holiday weekends.

I can live with it because I know it's only temporary, but it's a shame when we have guests ourselves and they can't enjoy the pool because it's full of people drinking, smoking, eating and blasting loud music. :(
