It has been a while since I or anyone has posted on this forum, so I thought I would update you on our Kids foundation.
We had our website hijacked a few years back and finally realized that Facebook was the way to go. No cost and maximum coverage. John Basford undertook the project with the help of many others, and I must say that I am very pleased and proud of what we have accomplished. Instead of a header along the top there is a page called Quick links which will direct you to the topic you are interested in such as, Donations, who we support, our directors, the committee, our mission statement, our vision statement, pick up and delivery of goods taken by travellers, etc.

I myself as a past V.P./Director, am now the Committee Chairperson, and have taken the scholarship under my wing. My wife and I came up with the idea 10 years ago and it has become a roaring success. I have a separate page on Facebook dedicated only for donations that go directly to the scholarship fund. With the Covid 19 situation we will not be holding our major fundraiser "The Fiesta" this year, so I am hoping the donations will make up the loss of income.
