Bicycle repair shops in Santiago (or elsewhere)

The bicycle of our eldest broke down... It was not of the best quality, the shift changer was changed once and we just replaced the tires couple of months ago and now there is a hole...

We used to bring to this one repair shop in POP, but as the quality is not the best, checking if anyone has experience of any repair shops that sell quality tires in Santiago or anywhere else, preferably not all the way in Santo Domingo... Thanks!

EDIT: It has a Shimano shifter (I have no idea if original or fake) that would need some slight adjustment as well.

I see quite a few on Google Maps and they have even photos, but as I know nothing about none of those stores, appreciate any tips...

In La Vega there used to be a specialist in mountainbikes, it’s on the main road from la Duarte, I have forgotten the bloody name (20 years ago), I think it’s the Restauración.
