I saw Frank a few months back in the CMC clinic, the first time I had seen him in many years. Although he had issues walking, his spirits were high. We chatted for about 10 minutes, was nice to see him

That's where I saw him last as well, but it was a few years ago. He must spend a lot of time there.

Frank was the owner of Jose O'Shea's Irish Bar and Restaurant in Cabarete. Wonderful gentleman!
