As for random drug testing? Already been two years into that.
Two years? Laughable. I wonder how many more years
will pass by before they are penalized for failing one.
I couldn't find the article but I remember reading recently
the government is looking to punish the PN who rent their
service weapons out to criminals... better late than never.
I used to live next door to one who was caught doing this in
Guarabo back in 2015. He was suspended without pay for 1 week.
He's still PN here in Santiago.
