RDKnight, there's your wife again.

I hope she doesn't get caught up in any scandals. She's really good at publicity.

Just take a look at how many videos she's done in a very short period of time.

I think she is desperate for sales = commission

Of course, she is. Compare her to the hundreds of other RE agents here who do little or no advertising at all.
But I like her videos because she explain it more and show what it is. Most others are crap because they dont film too much, just hop places without seeing it more further.

That mall, I like how she show most of the stores.

Not only that, but she's very easy on the eyes, too.

Like Sky posted, not busy at all.

A common trait of malls in this country.

I used to walk through Blue Mall (SD) and was constantly amazed how the only people I saw was at the cafe on the first floor and the food court—seeing and being seen.

I have a friend with a wife who has a store in Bella Vista Mall here in SD. I have never seen a person in her store.. ever.

She loves to mention she has a store in a mall. All of the time.

Belle Vista Mall is one of my favorite coffee spots. There are more pretty ladies per square foot in that place than any night club.

You're going to the wrong night clubs then.....
Nope, Business professionals frequent Belle Vista mall, the banks, shops and salons are full of prime chicas. The night clubs have a few sprinkled here and there.

I like the Bella Vista mall, actually better than the Blue Mall (SD). I guess the Blue Mall (Punta Cana) would attract the occasional tourist here and there.

I realize this was not your point, but going towards what makes sense in the real world, malls can be difficult. Aside from other potential promotion, a store needs also "accidental foot traffic" if you will... There's a lot of discussion about this also in my home country with malls, they are not always easy to have a business in. My SIL used to have a clothing store in the barrio. It was packed with customers - always. And they didn't sell c**p but also nothing fancy... Everyday clothing...

To clarify a little. My friend is a multimillionaire who made his money with a free zone company.

His wife was originally hired by his company to be the receptionist.

When she started, she could have won any beauty contest she entered. He was older, and definitely um.. lacking in looks.

It was love at first sight. Her looks, his money.

She has taken him for quite the ride, with vehicles, full-time security, Ave. Anacaona penthouses, Arroyo Hondo mansions... you get the picture, I'm sure. (The stories I could tell)

She wanted a store in a mall, she got a store.

Malls tend to be quite empty of foot traffic most of the time. Many malls are like that in the USA. That’s without counting the “dead malls.”

Go into any mall during the week and it’s almost a guarantee you will be one of the few walking the isles.

Yes, I understood what you meant, hence I started the post "I know this was not your point", so it was obvious that the store was not there to bring revenue as such...
