I didn't know that, thanks. What I froze this time was 3 loaves of bread. We bought a chest freezer a week ago, what a godsend.

this dough has certain similarities to no knead bread i posted. i will try this recipe too. looks very easy and practically zero work involved.

A chest freezer is a great idea and I too will be buying one as this year I will be baking a lot
of goodies (cakes, cookies) and chocolate candy molds for the Christmas holiday. I make
the cookie dough a few months before and freeze it. Cookies already baked and decorated
can be stored in freezer in a plastic container for one month. With a small chest freezer this
will make it easier for me as I can now make in large quantities. I intend to use it for mostly
this purpose.
