I am told one was just issued for a house near Cabo Francis Viejo.
The land abuts the National Park there and the house will be allowed inside the 60M.
Just east of the parking lot.
Done very quickly........
On the other hand, I know people who have nothing after almost 2 years in application.... who supposedly "know" people.
