Could be but this looks to be too long a single span for concrete beams unless a center support is added to provide bearing for beams coming from each side.I'm betting on "double T" beams for the span, as they are used in industrial buildings and the overpasses in the cities.
Just as a curiosity take a look at the video below to see how much a double T concrete beam can deflect. It is amazing how strong reinforced concrete can be.
