Their website is back up finally. I did notice though that they don’t show you can get to Puerta Plata or Sousa from the Las Americas station. You can, but you change buses in La Vega. Cost went up to 600 pesos.

Yes, prices are increasing. All bus companies raised between-25-75 pesos their fares.

Is the Las Americas station inside the airport complex or is other transport needed to get there please ?
It's outside. 10km or 7miles of each other. You need a taxi/Uber to reach to the airport. No public transportation.
It's hard to think of how stupid it is not to have any form of public transport operating from an airport.
Are there taxis waiting at the Caribe Tours place, or do you have to call one? And would a taxi at the airport be willing to take a passenger on the relatively short ride to the Caribe Tours?
yes there are taxi's waiting at Caribe tours stations. The main station has a taxi director, coordinating them.

I get a total price of $700 pesos if leaving from Puerto Plata or $750 pesos if leaving from Sosua, change bus in La Vega
