President of the Republic Luis Abinader appointed Carlos Espinal as the new director of the National Theater Eduardo Brito. Espinal is a well known actor, theater director and cultural promoter. The nomination is in Decree 14-21. He had previously been appointed deputy director of the National Theater, replacing former director Niní Cáffaro.
The Presidency named Altagracia Fátima Guzmán Lantigua, deputy director of the National Theater. He also appointed Dante Salvador Cucurullo Pérez as the National Theater’s artistic deputy director.
