I went to Jumbo Luperon this morning and the 1lb packs have returned once again. Still no cottage cheese though.

So which is it? Tapa or Pata negra? Then of course what is it? Pork liver pate or something else?

Pata Negra is ham, real ham. Dried for months.

Bought cottage cheese at Janet's Cabarete today. Expensive but healthy food. Great for loosing weight and not muscles when on diet

yep, another hard to find item. Every time Jumbo has it I buy all of them. Same as Bush's baked beans and a few other items.
