A 75 yr old family member wants to obtain her baptism certificate. Her father worked as a mechanic at the Yaguate mill. The family moved away when she was under one. Does anyone know of a Catholic Church nearest to the mill that may have records?

Records of Baptisms and Confirmations are sent in batches to the diocesan headquarters where they are transferred into record books.
Since Yaguate is in San Cristobal Province which is part of the Diócesis de Baní, you could start with:
Obispado de Baní
Calle Sánchez s/n, Baní, Provincia Peravía

Ask for the Cancillería if you call, or address letter to it.
Since that diocese was erected in 1986, long after the baptism in question, the record search might end up in Santo Domingo since that most likely with the corresponding at the time of baptism.
