The Tropix hotel is in a very quiet area. It is within easy walking distance of the town and beach, but off the beaten track. Very little traffic on the street in front of the hotel, especially at night. Additionally, the rooms are well back from the street. I've stayed there and found it very quiet.

You were asking jazzcom but I can tell you there are many inexpensive condos available at the present time in Sosua. One person you might contact is carma biggs carmabiggs@yahoo.com

or Jim Belair at American Realty who has several for sale at TradeWinds a very nice property.

When you exit Rocky's, turn left and walk about a short block and a half to the highway turn right, walk past the service station to the corner, turn left and about 150- 200 meters on your left is Tropix. Which by the way is very quiet.

How about safe parking?

Jazzcom, is it safe to leave a car out on the street at night at rocky's? How about the rest of the places, do they have a parking lot with a guard?
