Every single realtor I have met in DR claims to have sold hundreds of properties, yet they all wear cheap old clothes and rock around in basic cars. The numbers never stack up.
Having lived on a few different continents there is one thing I have learned that holds true across the world, it is the following;

People have a tendency to re-invent themselves when moving to a different country. If you make an effort and do a little digging you will find more often then not, they are full of sh*t.

Cheryl is one of many "realtors" in the Punta Cana area. She has been around for a while. She does have sales but nowhere, absolutely nowhere near what the video states or the OP is stating. I know she "expanded" a bit out of the Punta Cana area, but I am assuming that the purpose of the video was to advertise for more business. As I posted previously, her big claim to fame back when she showed us some condos was that she was working with the builder of Palm Suites, Rosa Hermosa and Mia Hermosa.

Not to take away from her accomplishments as I know how hard it is to succeed while conducting business down here on any level as a foreigner however, when it comes to these Muppets creating useless content on YouTube...
it always smells the same.

Unless she had exclusivity for the island. No idea how that works.
Yes that is the word i was looking for "exclusivity" when you buy franchises in smaller countries they usually give you the whole island. I know sotheby's did it and the owner sold a few offices to other people but he had to get the whole island first.

I counted 18 offices.
Not saying your wrong... But when you buy franchises in smaller countries they usually give you the whole island. I know sotheby's properties did it and the owner sold a few offices in cities he did not want to deal in to other people but he had to get the whole island first.

Not taking anything away from Cheryl as I don't know her.

However in case anyone wasn't aware.....EVERYBODY (and their mother) IN PUNTA CANA IS A REAL ESTATE AGENT!!! The uber driver, the motos, the taxi not to mention 99.984554% (exact #'s;)) of expats.

I don't know if they are selling a "Move To Punta Cana and sell real estate course" but that seems to be the #1 profession for expats who come with limited funds and/or income options..."oh yeah I'll just sell real estate" not to mention they never sold a pack of gum in their life in their home country.

I tried to do a Comparison. and there are BROKERS who are well known, with Bill boards ,and massive advertising back her in the States . who barely crack a Billion in Sales in Some Years ... many years they do 500-700 Mil .. So this woman is definitely smoking some good Shit if she is claiming she does a Billion in Sales . I am guessing she does not even comprehend that a Billion is 1,000 times a Million . I have met MORONS like that who literally think a BILLION is TEN Times a Million .. Wish I were joking .. and they say it with a Straight Face .
yes she is smoking good stuff, too many sanky panky gassed her up . Now James I know everything about DR does too because she told him so.

Where's Chico Bill when you need him

No license required no code of ethics no fair housing no HUD police, you just need a car. Almost anyone can sell here.
yes I agree Facebook and Instagram a little money to run an ad and Walt Disney book and Esau Fables there are a million so-called real estate brokers out in Punta Cana
