And what vetting of the Chinese vaccine was done by any regulatory body in the country of the person you are referring to?
And so what information is being used about the Chinese vaccine, in particular, to make such a bold statement................and do you mean to insinuate that those officials could not be wrong?
Finally, there are millions across the globe asking those same questions and who are still reluctant to take any vaccine, Chinese or otherwise.
I respect those who are defending the Chinese vaccine, perhaps in large part because they have now become part of the worlds largest vaccine trials, but to blindly roll up those sleeves and trust the Chinese data and those highest disease officials you refer to who have no real basis to bless the Chinese vaccine, is what makes the statement "the best vaccine you can get.....is the one you can get" totally absurd...............and many in China also concur.

Reading comprehension.................goes a long way. I never insinuated that I knew more than them..................only that they really do not know..........and just as millions have rolled up their sleeves and believed that "the best vaccine you can get.........is the one you can get," there are millions more who remain unconvinced.......including Chinese citizens.
Those of us who continue to wait for better data/studies salute and thank those of you who are in essence................vaccine pioneers.

There has been no long term study on any of the vaccines, they are all new. However Chile has carried a study on Sinovac with 10.1 million participants.

The other vaccines rely on older anti-viral technology. Lots of population studies on these types since the Spanish flu outbreak. Research that could be applied to Covid vaccine studies.
Your right about current studies on Covid vaccines. Most countries with the medical capability to do population based studies of the new Covid anti-viral vaccines are doing it on the run. It will take years of worldwide data collection to get a true picture of all Covid vaccines.
