CLARO Did Good

Everyone always seems to complain so I wanted to post a good review.

I couldn't get my Samsung tablet to connect too wifi. So I called CLARO to verify my password. Took me a while to get the guy to understand what I wanted and many security questions later he verified the password. All good.

Today I got a call from a technician wanting to come and fix my issue. I told him it was fixed and all good. About 20 minutes later a lady from the office called to make sure all was working good. I said it was fine and issue was resolved.

I was just impressed with their service even though I didn't need it.

What was it Claro did resolved the problem ? You just had the wrong password ?

Even a stopped clock is correct twice a day.

CLARO is useless where I live, They don't even run fiber into my development while they ran the connections by us years ago.
So I use ALTICE for phones and Cable Del Norte for fiber internet.

Works great in Punta Cana what's terrible are the roads and massive influx of people,
