Claro confirmed that many of its users were left without service since the early morning of Wednesday, 20 May 2020. The company said service has been gradually restored to users shortly before 9am.



The outage affected voice and data usage by mobile customers. The company says users will be compensated for the disruption according to what is in the telecommunications law.
