The Ministry of Public Health’s Epidemiology Department Coronavirus Bulletin #195 reports 309 cases of persons testing positive to PCR tests over the past 24 hours. The 24-hour positivity rate is 9.15%, and the 4-week positivity rate is 12.82% and declining. The 4-week positivity rate was at 31% at the change of government on 16 August 2020.

The disease activity has been declining. The Ministry of Public Health reports 22,475 active cases for the 29 September deadline. The active cases are 326 fewer than on the previous day.

The number of daily confirmed cases has kept well under 500 for the first time in the past seven days. The health ministry announced the processing of 3,377 first PCR tests in time for the Monday, 29 September deadline. The 14-day average for first PCR tests is now at 3,526 PCR tests.
