The Ministry of Public Health’s Epidemiology Department Coronavirus Bulletin #211 reports 384 new PCR confirmed cases. 3,906 first PCR tests were carried out in time for the bulletin deadline. The 14-day average is 3,630 tests.

The 24-hour positivity rate is at 9.83%, the lowest so far this year. The 4-week positivity rate continues to decline and is at 12.54%. The Ministry of Public Health reports active cases are now at 21,375, down 350 cases.

The country, nevertheless, continues under a National State of Emergency at least through 1 December 2020. The Ministry of Public Health is concerned that home and friends gatherings and increased mobility can bring virus flare-ups as has occurred in other countries around the world affected by pandemic fatigue.
