The Ministry of Public Health’s Epidemiology Department Coronavirus Bulletin #221 reports 316 new PCR confirmed cases.
2,775 first PCR tests were carried out in time for the deadline of Bulletin #221. The previous 14-day average is 3,474 tests.
The 24-hour positivity rate is at 11.39% and the 4-week positivity rate continues to decline and is at 12.05%, a new low. The Ministry of Public Health reports active cases are maintaining a steady downward trend and as of Sunday, 25 October 2020 deadline were at 19,537 cases.
Nevertheless, the country continues under the declaration of a National State of Emergency at least through 1 December 2020.
